Le visage de Sören vous est forcément connu : c’est le 218 dans la pub "118-218". Il a aussi signé la mise en scène du spectacle de son père Daniel Prévost .
Côté télé, il est l’auteur-concepteur-réalisateur de « Mobiles », une série dont il a tourné les pilotes pour 13ème rue. On le retrouve acteur dans les téléfilms « Action Directe » pour TF1 et « Répercussion » pour France 3.
Côté cinéma, Sören est l’auteur-réalisateur-interprète du film Le Bal des finissantes aux côtés de Valérie Benguigui et Daniel Prévost. l sort en 2008 le dvd 2 Schuss, suite de sketches aux sports d'hiver, qu'il joue aux côtés de Arnaud Gidoin, Jean-Luc Lemoine, Vincent Desagnat, Bruno Solo, Luc Alphand et Philippe Lelièvre.
